From our family to yours

The engineers behind Noble

Noble was built by brothers Phil and Patrick Bullock. Phil is a licensed Professional Engineer (ME, PE, MBA); Patrick is an Engineer-in-Training (ME, EIT) and a certified applicator. Drawing on years in the property-services industry, they founded Noble with a simple goal. We set out to make engineering accessible and affordable without sacrificing quality.
