At Noble Licensing & Partner Services, our foundation is built on engineering excellence and an entrepreneurial drive to create opportunities for others.

The company was co-founded by two brothers with engineering backgrounds — Phil, a licensed Professional Engineer, and Patrick, an Engineer-in-Training. Drawing on years in the property-services industry, they built Noble to put licensed, PE-stamped engineering behind inspectors and property owners, supported by a dedicated team of engineers and staff.

Though Noble began in Texas, the company is now licensed to provide engineering in 15 states, with plans to expand further. Our Licensing and Partnership Programs allow driven professionals to launch or grow their own inspection businesses under the trusted Noble brand.
