A licensed engineer reviews complex findings and signs off with analytical backing.
When an inspection turns up something beyond a standard checklist (cracking, movement, unusual framing) a licensed engineer reviews the photos, measurements, and findings and issues a signed professional opinion you can hand straight to the client.
